My Story

Hi! I’m a 7-year-old homeschool kid who is completely obsessed with nature and animals—especially the ones that make grown-ups scream and run away. Spiders, snakes, scorpions, centipedes, isopods, millipedes, mantises, roaches (yes, even the hissing ones), tarantulas, vinegaroons, giant wetas… if it creeps, crawls, slithers, or has too many legs, I think it’s the coolest thing on Earth. While other kids collect Pokémon cards, I collect real living creatures that most people call “gross” or “scary.” I say they’re awesome.

This site allows me to share my collection, my photos, my care tips, and my excitement with the world. Every page, every photo, and every video on this site is made by me because I want everyone to see how beautiful, smart, and important these misunderstood animals are.

Right now my room looks like a mini zoo (or a mad scientist lab, depending on who you ask). But I’m quickly running out of space and money! New enclosures, live plants, special substrates, heat lamps, and of course the animals themselves all cost more than a second-grader’s house job list can cover. My biggest dream is to get a 3D printers so I can design and print perfect custom hides, climbing branches, water dishes, and enrichment toys tailored exactly to each species’ needs.
